After a failed escape attempt that landed McCullough (Robert Horton) in the convict's boot, Alexander Portlass (Peter Lorre) comes to realize that he can't hold off his illness by simply denying it.

Mr. Moto (Lorre) escapes from would-be murderers--using his incredible ninja skills--into Scotland Yard. Sir Charles isn't in, but he's willing to wait. After all, it's late and he's very tired.
