E1M3... nothing much else to say, it's called "Toxin Refinery". We meet a new enemy, the Spectre (semi-transparent Demon, with a bit more health), and the Demon, a deadly melee fighter.
I mistakenly call a "blue orb" a "green orb" (green orbs exist in the game, but not until much much later).

Here's part 1 of E1M3 (Catacombs) of Painkiller: Hell Wars for the XBox. No Tarot Cards are used in this level. The unlocked Tarot Card is Soul Keeper (Silver).
Each level will be completed with 100% kills and 100% secrets, as well as unlocking the Tarot card.
This is a very underrated and increasingly rare game. It feels at home on the XBox, and without the crashes of the PC version.

Here's the E1M3 of the XBox 360 port of Doom, which is actually a port of Ultimate Doom. Very accurate to the PC, with very easy to get into multiplayer!

This one took me a couple of attempts as I warmed back up to close-quarter grenade orgies.

Shortly after I posted the last DOOM Historic video, I realized that I forgot to put in what happens when you walk-in + save/load + walk-in again. Not much difference. But if you walk-in just after it stops, it can rise again, up to the sky.
