Here it is, finally, 2.80 can load homebrew (Not ISOs).
In this video you can see SNES emulator (I didn't spend much time in that emu), PSPRevolution 0.1 and GBA Emulator.
After 3rd reboot there is no sound in PSP (:S) but i still can load homebrew, so i loaded File Assistant. Please enjoy.
