Here is video of the current star of the Broadway show, WICKED, performing for the opening of Bette Midler's New York Restoration Project's new garden located in Harlem. I've been told that it is NOT Stephanie J. Block but it's Lisa Brescia who is the standby for the lead character ELPHABA. It was a great day and a great performance regardless :)

I was this year's honorary Spring Picnic co-chair for Bette Midler's fantastic organization New York Restoration Project.
Bette is a huge supporter of the parks in NYC, often restoring parks or opening new ones in the neighborhoods that need them most.

Located at 165th And Foch in the Baisley Park section of Queens, the garden, which was secured by Bettes NYRP group back in 1999, was fully funded by 50s G Unity Foundation
