Homemade raised panel doors using a router bit set . Cut rail & stile blanks (Push shoe and featherboard for tablesaw used!!). Profiled with rail & stile bit. Cut & finish panel blanks using table saw & router with a spiral bit to square panels and remove saw marks; then run panels through the raised panel bit. Roman ogee bit used for the outer edges to match the cabinet.
Step by step process. Cut the backs and sides, mortise the front, dado the sides and back, cut 1/4 bottoms. Glue and assemble. The end result is fine furniture.
Am building 3 replacement wall cabinets above the sink counter. 1/2'' oak plywood panels ripped to width at the table saw - here demonstrating crosscut results from the handheld router with a spiral bit. No chip out! Take time to set and square the clamp for accuracy.
I am routing dadoes in the 2 sidepanels of my featured cabinet (records storage)
using 2 jigs made from 1x stock and lauan plywood that are custom fit for a 3/8 router bit. An alternative to using the table saw dado blade and can be used for large wall units. Straight cutting or spiral bit apply.
Jet Express III to Port Clinton 09-29-2006. The weather and calm lake waters were exceptional. Visibility was the best I have seen it. Spectacular high speed ferry ride (35 mph). The moument in the background is Perry's Peace Memorial.
Featured cabinet has knotted pine body & select pine trim and oak end pieces to extend the top to correct for 1/8 " short error.

Routing rails & stiles at the router table using homemade jigs & fixtures. A purchased coping sled can cost $40. I made mine for less than $15. Did stiles in 2 passes. Router speed at 4 1/2 on my Hitachi M12VC cut down on burning & chipout. (1 Slowest - 6 Fastest).
Profiling 10 peices I have built over the last 5 years. The latest is the 2 shelf oak open library completed the day of this video upload. Each project lasts several weeks. The oak raised panel doors are Mills Pride from Home Depot.
Took me 4 months to build but was well worth the time taken. (Stopped working on it when the weather was too cold.) It turned out better than I expected.
