Tony Nogueira never stops. The 39-year-old paraplegic works out nearly every day riding his racing chair through Glen Ridge, Bloomfield and Montclair in preparation for his next wheelchair race. And when he's not racing, he teaches art at The Cordero School in Jersey City, or is with his kids playing soccer.
