Rufus Wainwright was a guest at Martha Plimpton's STARS IN THE MARGIN show last night at The Zipper Theater in NYC.
He performed Leonard Cohen's "Hallelujah" with his sister Lucy Wainwright Roche.
I shot a full 40 minute Rufus Wainwright set at one of Dean Johnson's HOMOCORPS shows in the year 2000. This was before the album POSES came out and Rufus' set contained some of the songs from that upcoming cd.
You will find this video nowhere else.

After dedicating this to his late freind the actor Peter Boyle, Bruce made my night by doing one of his rarely played classics "Meeting Across The River". The video is bad, he's a tiny speck because I was far away, but the sound is ok.
